Full refunds are available on all cancellations received in writing 28 days before the conference start date. No refunds or credits can be issued after this date, and any outstanding payment will be required in full. The option to transfer the ticket to another name, is subject to availability. Please contact Brittany from our Event Team to arrange a refund.

When planning your travel to the United Kingdom, it is essential to understand the entry requirements based on your country of origin.
Please note that the UK has introduced an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) programme which is a new requirement for people who don’t need a visa to come to the UK but will give permission for travellers to visit. Information about how to apply is available on the UK government website.
The IFRS Foundation can provide invitation letters in support of visa applications, if required. Please email events@ifrs.org

All meals on the day of the event are covered with your ticket purchase. To avoid excess food waste, during your registration you are asked to specify which onsite meals you will be attending. Any additional sustenance purchased, will be your own expense.

We aim to launch the event app no later than one week before the event. We strongly recommend that all attendees download the app to access the most up-to-date onsite information, including:

Please note that photography and/or filming will take place during the event. Your image may be captured and used by the IFRS Foundation for business and promotional purposes, including in printed materials, videos, and on our website. Tickets and Payment
Tickets start at £110 and go up to £820 dependant on your ticket type.
Please note early bird tickets are priced at £700 (in-person) and £520 (virtual) and this offer ends Friday 12 September.
You are required to select your ticket type on the first page of Registration.
You will pay for your ticket(s) on the final page of registration. Payment can be made by credit card. Invoicing is available exclusively for group bookings exceeding £3,000.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions (online or in-person), presentation materials and all catering for in-person attendees.
No, VAT is not included in the ticket price and will be charged when payment is taken.
Yes, you can add additional people to your registration to purchase tickets as part of a group.

On arrival at the venue, you will be directed to the first floor via lift or stairs. Please head to our registration desk where you will sign in and collect a name badge and lanyard. Refreshments will be served in our designated space upon entry before the Symposium begins.
